Cloud Migration Project
Our primary objective was to consolidate legacy applications, migrate them, and redesign them to fit an omnichannel Salesforce experience for this telecommunication company's IT techs. This involved understanding how the techs worked with their current apps, creating a diagram to consolidate what techs did daily, and creating an end-to-end experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Cerner Telehealth Project
Our goal was to design a video chatting experience for providers and patients to meet and communicate with the guiding question of "How can we create a more personal atmosphere within the telemedicine video chatting experience?"
UX Internship @ NCUA
Redesigned form used to collect data on diversity and inclusion in credit unions by making it more user-friendly to help increase response rate using Figma.
